Former Miss California USA Carrie Prejean threatened to leave an interview with Larry King on Wednesday, going as far as removing her mic and sitting in silence on her satellite set in Washington.
Is this woman has big a moron as she comes across? Does she even have any idea what her religion is about? Great, she made the movie for her boyfriend. It doesn't matter. Masturbation is a sin. And was she sleeping with the boyfriend? Pre-marital sex is a sin. She posed nude. Immodesty is a sin.
/facepalm
I have read the 10 commandments. I see nothing in it about masterbation, premarital sex or dressing immodestly.
Have there been amendments passed by God somewhere?
Have there been amendments passed by God somewhere?
Yep, it's called "the rest of the Bible."
By the way, reducing Christian morality down to the Ten Commandments doesn't work when you're specifically talking about a Christian who, in her version of Jesus worship, thinks gay marriage is religiously wrong. Good luck finding that one in the Ten Commandments.
Perhaps you need to read all the commandments, dear. The Law is VERY clear on pre-marital sex and immodest attire. However, Christianity is not about the Ten Commandments. A quick google found these articles, written by Christians, regarding immodesty.

Immodesty warning loud annoying Blue Grass wav
Okay, gotta go to work. I think any person who is a part of our society knows that the fundamentalist Christian belief system considers these things sins and since she was claiming to hold to their values and represent them, she has sinned and is a hypocrite for claiming any moral high ground.

Depends on who you talk to. The Jews have many customs and laws not explicitely details in the Law. These are supported by several millennia of rabbinic interpretation. Like abortion. There's no clear laws about it in the Torah, but it is considered wrong based on the decisions of many rabbis. Some Christians expand the Bible, as well. Everything changes.
I watched the video of that; totally bizarre. She is absolutely as dumb and vacuous as I thought.
Dr. Know,
Homosexuality isn't on God's Top Ten Hits on the Celestial Charts either, but Christians just go on and on and on about it being a sin as well.
Hell, "adultery" is on the Top Ten List, and they don't treat adulterers anywhere near as badly as they do gay people.
Christians pick and choose their morals from the Bible. Don't try to ask for consistent rationality from them. Part of the problem is that the Bible itself is not consistent.
Oh my god....how hilarious!!!!!!!!!!! NO Larry, I can't hear you....bwahahahahahahahaha,....
Another "strong conservative" woman goes down the tube via the tube.........thanks Larry for a GREAT interview..
I love the caption: Prejean thinks Sarah Palin would make a great president.
We have seen Palin's base, now. Pebble-brained, self-righteous beauty queens who refuse to take responsibility for their own actions.
I love how she lost the mic. Not sure if that was deliberate because her medically augmented boobs where tough enough for it stay put or if she was pretending she didn't know what happened. What a piece of work this cheap whore is.
I't s not like that was HER THOUGHT. She had to ask whatever was sitting beside her. She's giving blonds a bad name.
She went on Larry King to promote her dopey book. Which was probably written by a ghost writer. and Larry King did what Larry King or any other interviewer would do, he asked questions that were relevant to the Topic which was about, "Carrie Prejean" was he suppose to ask her meaningless, artificially generic fluff questions like: "What's your favorite dessert?" while she uses his show to promote her dumb book to his audience?
I don't think the audience tuned in for that, it would have been a bad and inappropriate interview if King had gone that way. She got caught and exposed as a hypocrite, because of her own actions she is a media and money whore who is trying to cash in on her 15 minuets of fame; that is why she is trying to ride Sarah Palin's coat tails, so that she can tap into Palins fan base for her own monetary gain.
You know she had a lawyer sitting there.

Reminds me of the one-of-one interview in the first episode of the new V series. Morena Baccarin is way hotter, though, even when she's acting creepy.
Some young guy named Prejean was busted in Vegas for possession of heroin with intent to sell- Odds are he is in her immediate family.
Wow...so, I just watched the clip of Larry King Live with Miss. Prejean. I had nothing mean to say about her before, in a discussion about her "Not having sex on the video," and I'm still not going to be ugly about her now, but all I can say about that incident is ... Wow. Seeing how she's been on several interviews and has seemed to be poised and cooperative, she was rather rude on Larry King's show. I understand she felt as if he was being inappropriate with his question, although I'm not sure I agree, I feel that the way she handled it was inappropriate as well. Larry had moved on to another subject and went on to a caller's question, yet she completely ignored them as she took her mic off. It's one thing if she was a bit upset with Larry, but to be rude to the caller...I didn't find that polite at all. I'm not a big fan of rude people, and that just left a bad taste in my mouth. My earlier comment about Carrie was just asking for people to back up what they say, and if you're a religious person, I'd hope you'd have the courtesy of being kind and caring to others...no matter what they say to you. I've had people be rude to me, and I just continue to smile and answer them back. For her to leave the listener on the line...no pun intended...it was just a bit tacky and rude. I feel bad for saying anything negative about her, but I just go off of people's actions. And as I said...that left a bad taste in my mouth. :(
C.P. was rude, arrogant, unprofessional, and ridiculous. Larry King's interview questions were reasonable and respectfully presented.
I loved it when she said that Palin was "brilliant." One of the best lines this week.
